We offer remote support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of this is backed up with preventative servicing through regular inspection and maintenance visits, keeping costly repairs to an absolute minimum through your installations long, trouble-free lifespan. Our in-house repair centre takes care of any servicing required, with courtesy equipment ensuring minimal impact to your daily operations, in the unlikely event that failure occurs.

Every venue’s needs are different, which is why we provide a completely tailored service. Want something special, one-off, or simply the bare essentials? No problem. We don’t do one-size-fits-all; just the best value for your money.

We don’t just deal with equipment. We offer experienced engineering staff on an ad-hoc or regular rota basis. Rates for staff and equipment are competitive, with flexible operating hours to suit your needs. We also offer a complete technical rota management service to ensure you always have suitable staff on hand.

We have an extensive roster of technical staff who we train and vet, we can support with recruitment, training and rota management for your venue giving you peace of mind that your equipment will be well looked after and operated at its best.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We offer venue support services 7 days a week with rapid response times. We support the equipment we install so in the event of any faults we can be on hand to supply replacements to keep your system running.

What if I need specialist equipment for a specific production?

With an extensive hire stock of AV equipment our event production arm can scale up your in-house system to meet the needs of special events. We offer discounted rates to our installation and service contract clients.
